At Salty Crew, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your purchase doesn't fit your lifestyle on the water, we've made the exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
